Formed in NOVI SAD, 1988.
Electronic-experimental project founded by Árpi & Fritz. Their first EP was composed entirely on CASIO synthesizers and sampler. Their first public appearance was at an photo-exhibition by Szabo Benke Robert in Subotica. Robert commissioned the music to be fitting to his photographs which the band succesfully achieved. The second EP was more experimental in nature, having used prepared piano, tapes, samples and analogue synthesizers. Shortly after finishing these sessions, Pagan Gadget had an last concert under the VIVIsect moniker. Which would later become the new official name for them.
